QT5-15   Semi-automatic Block Machine  Main Feature

Multi-function: Host machine produce various kinds of blocks by changing molds, such as baking-free brick, pavement brick, hollow brick, porous brick and so on.

Special treatment of Mould: Mould wear-resisting performance is greatly enhanced through quenching, tempering, carburizing, boronizing as well as various kinds of heat treatment process. The service life is greatly improved, longer than the national  standard. 

Less electricity consumption: There is only the main motor in working condition continuously in the production process, other motors are intermittent operation.

Fast Speed: Host molding and automatic storing work synchronously, using large displacement hydraulic pump and convex concave mould. The pallet moving system makes turnover pallets replacement instantly and block shaping in one time. The moulding speed is on the top level.

 High quality: Special material of mould is made by skilled workers with standard size.   Its external and internal quality are extremely high with unique design. It makes the  block external force reaches the forming limit. It greatly improved block’s density and  anti-rupture strength

Easy operation: The automatic electronic control system is operated by one person. It’s easy to operate and maintenance. The machine works with little water, also can work in low temperature. It well extended the annually service cycle.

Stack instantly: Lots of machines’ moulding method is only vibration or other type with more water in the block raw materials. It could not be stacked instantly due to high water content and low density.    high density and little water content blocks can be staked immediately even in cold winter. It reduced lots of labour cost and storage cost.
