Double-row tapered roller bearings can withstand combined radial and axial loads, mainly based on radial loads. It can withstand bidirectional axial loads. There is a spacer between the two inner rings of the bearing. By changing the thickness of the spacer, the clearance can be adjusted and the load can be distributed evenly. This kind of bearing is suitable for medium and low speed occasions.
