Design Overview:

It provides a good coating environment during painting, and at the same time captures and treats paint mist and exhaust gas; during baking, the paint on the surface of the workpiece is dried and cured at a certain temperature. The entire equipment is designed and implemented in strict accordance with the national standards for labor safety, health and environment.

Based on the design basis and consideration of saving initial investment, the equipment adopts a micro-pressure spray booth with upper air supply and lower exhaust air. Taking into account the specifications and characteristics of the work-piece, the spray booth paint mist treatment adopts a dry paint mist purification treatment system.

The spray booth has the functions of spray painting, ventilation, air purification, spray treatment and so on. The equipment is a dust-free spray room, which is composed of room system, lighting system, purification system, air supply system, and control system.
