Product description
HZS75 concrete batching plant is full automatic concrete mixing equipment with batching, mixing and electrical control system, it has high precision microcomputer control system as well as single manual control, proportion storage, automatic gap compensating and printing system which can do the scheduled work automatically.
HZS75 concrete mixing station theoretical production capacity is 75 m3/h, main mixer power is 60KW. It’s nominal capacity of the mixer is 1500L, the number of bins of the batching machine is 4, the batching capacity is 2400L, 3×100t. The powder bin capacity, the cement weighing range and accuracy (0～1500)±1%kg, admixture weighing range and accuracy (0～50)±1%kg, aggregate weighing accuracy is ±2%, discharge height is 3.8m, total installed power is 179.5KW. The central control parts adopt electronic scale measurement, with high measurement accuracy. It has the functions of screen display, ratio storage, automatic drop compensation. It’s equipped with a manual system, which can realize manual and automatic control of the mixing process. In addition, the device is also equipped with printing system for overall management of the entire device.
