Steaming cart is used for carrying plate with wet blocks coming in and out autoclave. Steaming cart should fit for specifications of autoclave and high temperature resistance. |
Mould box and plate combined parts are used for holding slurry. Mould box stays 1.5 hours in pre-heating room. The slurry forms and solidify to large and green block. We have two size of mould box in our AAC Block plant. They are 4 meters (4200x1200x600mm) and 4.8 meters (4800x1200x600mm) |
Mould plate works in combination with mould box for holding slurry. It is also used for carrying green blocks going in and out autoclave. |
