Autoclave is important part of AAC block curing system. Its working medium is saturated steam.
Autoclave is made up of steel horizontal tank, cover, manual gear box, safety lock, socket, seals, pipes, valve and meters. Cover is made of 16Mnr steel plate by pressing. Flange of cover and tank is made of 16Mn steel by forging. Weld joint under pressure have heat treatment and damage detection.
