Advantages
1. Four guidepost, the moulds rise/drop steadily.
2. Adopt the proportional valves, adjusting pressure through PLC control system.
3. There are two oil cylinders on top mould and one oil cylinder under down mould. They both press at same time, making brick much stronger.
4. There is touch screen on PLC control box, It is very easy to adjust pressure through the touch screen.
5. The pressure is double with plunger pump and proportional valves working together.
