The bearing is a separable bearing, and the inner ring assembly can be installed separately from the tapered outer ring. The outer ring and inner components are 100% interchangeable.

It is especially suitable for bearing large composite (radial and axial) loads. The larger the contact angle, the bigger the applicability of the bearing to withstand axial loads.

Detailed Introduction

This type of bearing has different structures, such as single-row, double-row and four-row tapered roller bearings according to the number of rows. Tapered roller bearing outer ring and inner assembly are 100% interchangeable.

Single-row tapered roller bearings can bear radial load and single direction axial load. The axial load capacity depends on the contact angle, that is, the outer ring raceway angle. The larger is the angle, the bigger the axial load capacity. When the bearing is subjected to radial load, an axial component force will be generated. So, another bearing which can withstand axial force in the opposite direction is needed to balance it. Compared with angular contact ball bearings, the load carrying capacity is increased and the limit speed is reduced.

The double-row and four-row bearing clearances have been given according to the user's requirements when the product leaves the factory, and do not need to be adjusted by the user.
