AL-4.0T Vibratory road roller is one kind of vibratory compaction machine, suitable for compaction and leveling of land and pavement, which width more than 1.4m grooves, roads, sports venues and so on.
- The machine is mainly composed of articulated frame, vibration wheel, drive wheel, engine, transmission system, hydraulic vibration system, hydraulic steering system, power sprinkler, operating mechanism and electrical system.
- The front wheel is hinged vibration wheel. The vibration system inside the wheel is driven by hydraulic motor and operated by solenoid valve, flexible and convenient. A shock absorber is equipped between the vibration wheel and the frame, the vibration is isolated from transferring to the frame. The maximum angle of front wheel turns to the left and right is ±35 degree.
- The hydraulic system is equipped with pressure measuring device, which is convenient to grasp and adjust the system pressure. The steering system adopts full hydraulic steering gear, which makes the operation convenient and flexible.
- Electric system has lighting equipment, which is convenient for working in fogging day or night. The front and rear wheels are all equipped with scraper and sprinkler. The roller surface can be kept clean in working time.
