Jaw Crusher

1. Jaw crusher is important part of AAC Block production plant for crushing limestone. It is made of frame, moving jaw, eccentric shaft, jaw board, scale board.

2. Eccentric shaft is drove by motor through V-belt. It makes the jaw moving at settled rail to crush object inside cavity. Frame is one body cast of melted iron with scale boards fixed inside, which is for protecting the frame. Moving jaw is made of casting steel with one steel board fixed on its front. Top of moving jaw is fixed on frame through eccentric shaft and ball bearing. Down side is fixed on scale board. It touches scale board in rolling contact. Scale board supports moving jaw. When some uncrushable object come into cavity. It breaks quickly to protect others parts. The adjustable socket is fixed in spout at two sides of the frame. It is in contact with wedge. When discharge gate needs adjustment, you can use one spanner to make nut to right side, the wedge goes up, and the socket moves to forward. The discharging gate become from big to small. Otherwise it become from small to big.
