1. Excellent design: the balance system adopts a six-bar guiding method, and the super long rectangular guide sleeve ensures the precise movement of the indenter and the mold box. The rack adjustment system improved the balance and coordination of the indenter and the mold box in the production process. The double-cylinder arm feeding system increased the feeding speed, durability and stability.
2. Hydraulic control system adopts high dynamic double proportional valve, which can automatically adjust the flow rate and adjust the pressure during the production process, well protected the oil cylinder and greatly enhanced the buffering effect of the oil cylinder's forward and backward end points. It well improved stability and prolonging the service life of the oil cylinder.
3. Vibration system: It adopts servo frequency conversion controlling system, the vibration exciter assembly is oil-immersed type. The vibration platform adopts a combination of dynamic and static, which increases the load during high-speed operation, so that the concrete is fully liquefied and exhausted instantly, and the finished block size is more standard.
4. High degree of automation: The product has a high degree of mechanization, advanced process design, adopts international advanced high-tech PLC control system integrates the main body of the machine and electrical equipment. When the machine has mis-operation, it can promptly and accurately inform the user of the failure reason and the treatment method.
5. The system is stable and safe: It is designed with principle of separating the strong and the weak current, and controlling the strong current by the weak current. This can eliminate the external interference of the strong current and maintain the correct signal collection, and also ensure the safety of people and equipment.
